Prices shown are introductory starting rates and may change depending on the project scope, requirements, workload, or future service updates. Final pricing will be confirmed before the project starts.

Research services and supplier list review services are delivered as a Google Sheets file.

The Japanese Supplier Search Package can be used for existing product supplier research, manufacturer research, wholesaler research, distributor research, OEM supplier research, or private label supplier research.

The Client-Provided Japanese Supplier Verification Package is for reviewing suppliers already provided by the client. It does not include new supplier research unless otherwise agreed.

Contact information may include email addresses, phone numbers, contact forms, or inquiry pages where publicly available.

Email inquiry is usually the first step.

Verification packages may include inquiry emails to up to 5 selected suppliers.

Verification packages may include phone follow-up when a supplier does not reply by email, when urgent confirmation is needed, or when the client specifically requests phone contact.

If the necessary information is obtained by email, phone follow-up may not be required.

Follow-up email support includes up to one follow-up email per supplier unless otherwise agreed.

Phone follow-up includes up to 2 call attempts per supplier unless otherwise agreed.

Phone follow-up is available only where a phone number is publicly available or provided by the client.

If the supplier cannot be reached after the included call attempts, the result will be reported as “No response” or “Could not reach by phone.”

Additional email follow-up, phone follow-up, supplier research, supplier list review, or longer communication support can be quoted separately.

Basic shipping cost checks are for reference only. Final shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and logistics arrangements must be confirmed with the supplier, courier, freight forwarder, or importer.

Supplier responses, successful contact, quotations, appointments, and business deals cannot be guaranteed.

International shipping, export procedures, customs clearance, and logistics arrangements are not included in the standard services. These may be discussed separately depending on the project.

An invoice will be provided for every project.

Supplier reliability, product quality, quotations, appointments, successful contact, export availability, delivery, customs clearance, and business results cannot be guaranteed.

Clients are responsible for making their own final business decisions before placing orders, making payments, signing contracts, importing products, or starting business transactions with suppliers.

Payment & Work Process

After the project scope is confirmed, an invoice will be issued.

Work will begin after payment is received.

For overseas clients, payment can be made by bank transfer via Wise, including SWIFT transfer where available.

Japanese domestic bank transfer is also available for clients who can make payments within Japan.

All transfer-related fees, including Wise fees, bank transfer fees, intermediary bank fees, and receiving fees, are the client’s responsibility.

Payment details will be shared after the project scope is confirmed.

Work Process

The client sends a project request or inquiry by email.
I review the request and confirm the project scope.
I may ask follow-up questions if more details are needed.
The final price and estimated delivery time are confirmed.
An invoice is issued.
Work begins after payment is received.
The results are delivered in a Google Sheets file.
Follow-up support can be discussed separately if needed.

Background

Japan Source Bridge is operated by Kentaro Sameshima, a native Japanese speaker based in Japan.

I have experience operating Shopify e-commerce stores, including product research, supplier communication, store management, and customer support.

Through this experience, I developed practical knowledge of online retail, product sourcing, and communication with suppliers.

With both e-commerce and cross-cultural communication experience, I support overseas clients in finding and connecting with Japanese suppliers and manufacturers.
